Hey, I’m Kayla, the energy (and buns) behind Body by Bunns! Fitness didn’t just change my body; it completely changed my life. I went from feeling stuck, insecure, and unsure of myself to feeling strong, confident, and totally in control. I fell in love with lifting heavy, moving with intention, and helping women realize what they’re truly capable of physically and mentally.
Becoming a coach wasn’t just a career move for me, it was a calling.
